In this module, administrators can manage the cloud instance and higher-level tasks, alerts, group management and much more for all employees in the company.

1. Overview Administration

By clicking on the Admin icon in the toolbar, the administrator receives this overview.

2. Sub-Areas

2.1 Number of devices

In this area, the administrator can determine how many devices a user can register before they are automatically rejected.

2.2 Manage Favorites

In the OVIO Assistant Browser you can save company websites as favorites, which are made available to all employee. All you need to do is enter a name and a URL. By clicking on New you can create this and it will then be immediately available to all employees.

2.3 Warning for authors

With this dialog you can inform the authors that all important data should be closed before recording so that accidental, unwanted recordings cannot occur.

A notification that you can customize as you wish will then be displayed to all authors before each recording.

In OVIO there are 3 different themes you can choose from:

This SSO SAML 2.0 setup is only available if it has been previously set up together with OVIO support.
